Lathe CNC

Our lathe machines are versatile to carry out machining of medium series of precision small parts and also precision large structures.

We machine medium series through lathe provided with automatic bar feeders. We have machining centers adapted to manufacture short and medium series. At the same time this activity can be complemented by CNC milling operations.

For large parts we own a CNC lathe of 8.000m length between points for machining big parts as tailshafts

We highlight the following machinery.

• 1 Geminis lathe of 8.000mm. length between points and Ø1200mm. that allow do machining in large parts with adjusted tolerances.
• 2 tornos Mori-Seiki with automatic bar feeder. Specially designed for manufacturing medium series or turning parts with lower diameter of 800mm.
• 1 machining centre CN Mori-Seiki of 2 headstocks, motorized tooling and automatic bar feeder. This machine allows manufacturing complex parts as meet turning and milling in one machine. 
• 1 machinign center Tsugami multispindle, with motorized tooling and bar feeder. Specialized for medium and large series for parts up to 26mm. diametre.
